Zachary  did go home for almost a week !! But now we are back in…..We came to the ER with a fever and his ACE was looking a little infected… They put an IV in and started IV antibiotics and IV fluids.. His labs are not the greatest ,and his potassium was very high.. We are up in his room and he has been full of energy !! I am wondering why we are even here… Overall, he is feeling great and looking good.. Hopefully we will be in and out.

Zachary had his ACE surgery on Wednesday…. He is doing great! He did start a fever yesterday so they  started IV antibiotics. Overall , he is doing great and is AMAZING!

The plan is hopefully to go HOME tomorrow … Not sure we will see how he is feeling in the morning.

We are here at the U of M hospital all checked in just hanging out in his room… Zachary is a little sad . I think he is starting to realize that he is here for another surgery…  Zachary is having the ACE surgery on Wednesday at 9am…

The plan today is to put an IV in and to start an aggressive bowel clean out.

I will update on Zachary’s daily events..

I brought Zachary to the U of M last night, because his urine out was very little over the last 24 hrs and his labs were awful.. We are thinking he is just a little dry. They put an IV in last night and this morning he had lots of liquid gold !! Overall, he looks and is feeling great! Hopefully it’s going to be a quick stay!

Sorry for the lack of up-dates…

Zachary has had a lot of ups and downs over the last month.. He was in the hospital for another week a couple of weeks ago from another bowel obstruction. “Not Fun” and while he was in I ending up in the hospital with Kidney stones…. Very painful! I don’t wish stone on anybody…. We met with Zachary’s kidney Dr and the surgery last week to discuss Zach’s next surgery… We are thinking in about 2 weeks he will have the ACE procedure … Very scared about another surgery.

The plan is after this surgery and he is infection free for at least 2 months they will re-list him for  Kidney….

Then yesterday I brought him in for labs .. All were stable but his CSA level came back at 428! Way to high ! He usually is 45-50….. The dRS are worried about CSA toxicity… I brought him back today for a re-draw…. I just pray that it was a lab error.. I will up-date when I here more.
