Zachary had his diaylsis tube removed today… The Drs. were a little worried about him getting a blood infection because he has been running low grade fevers on and off for the last week.

On the way home Zachary got pretty sick in the car… Yes , it was ALL over his clothes and in the car seat. I felt so bad for him :(

By the time we got home he was feeling better and you guest it,  he wanted to play his Wii.

Thank you for all your thoughts and prayer,

Stacey

I am so glad the surgery went well! I can’t believe they let you stay in the room. Our hospital never lets me do that. Luke’s antibody level a week and a half ago was 5,000. That is why they followed up with the IVIG. I just don’t have alot of hope that the IVIG is going to work when it didn’t work before the plasmapheresis. We will see. I guess I am not very good at waiting. Thanks so much for keeping up wilth Luke and please know I am praying for Zachary and the rest of the family.

Great pictures. So glad he is doing well. I bet you are thankful for the Wii. Praying he finds his hero!

Zach’s family~ Just wanted to let you know that I work with Zach’s grandma at Mercy and saw the flyer for Zach at work. My husband and I both had our blood tested today and are sending all the donor information in the mail tomorrow. I see that you already may have a potential donor which would be wonderful. If not, we are praying that either my husband and I are a match and that we can help out your family. We will keep you in our prayers.
