Zachary’s kidney is to damaged to repair, and with his high Antibodies it is going to be very difficult to find him a new Kidney. Happy New Year !!! I am so glad that 2009 is over….. This was not a good year for our family. My little Zachary had many ups and downs.. More downs than ups. I have a good feeling about 2010 ! We are so thankful for all of our Family , Friends and Zachary’s Fan for all the love and support that they give us this year. You helped us through many rough day and nights. Thank you

Zachary had his labs drawn today and his Hemoglobin and Red blood cell counts are very low.. So tonight we had to give him another Epo shot … He was not happy  :( The rest of his labs are still about the same.. His kidney function is actually coming down.. And his blood pressure are going back up ! Today 167/95 ! Wow… I didn’t like to see that this morning, and with him on 5 blood pressure meds.. How scary !

The last two nights Zachary has been getting sick between 12-3am puking and coughing… Not fun, for him or anyone…. He has also  been running a low grade fever for the last couple of days .. The Dr did start him on a Antibiotic for a sinus infection on Tuesday.. Not really sure on what is going on. Hopefully it is just viral.

The good news .. Zachary is now 42 pounds for a dry weight !!!!!  He was stuck at 39lb for 7 months !!  We upped his tube feed and added Duolo Cal to help fating him up and it is working.

Overall he is doing great   he still gets tired pretty easy and it seems like every other day he will have a good day and then a bad day.  I just can’t wait for him to feel better soon……

Vivica and her family would be grateful if theses 100 people that didn’t match Zachary would get tested to see if they could be her HERO. That would be the greatest gift ever!!
