Thank you to everybody praying for our little Zachary This has been a very long road and we still have a very long road a head of us. Zachary is feeling much better today. He is still swollen and is feeling sick but overall he is smiling and playing video games on are Wii with Austin.
Zachary’s blood pressures have been high since yesterday and today they are starting to come down a little. Zachary had his labs drawn today and whenever he has high Blood pressures his creatinine kidney function usually comes down because his heart is working harder to pump blood to the kidney. The kidney likes high blood pressure , because it is getting more blood flow. But it is not good for his body to have a blood pressure of 140/90. The point is usually his labs look better, and his kidney lab are a false low. Well, today his creatinine is 2.3 not liking, So most likely his creatinine is even higher. The plan is to redrawn him again this week and see were he levels out.

Tomorrow Zachary has a follow up appointment from his hospital stay last week. The nurse said that his Lungs sound good Zachary is also up in his weight!!! Yippee!! He now weights 41lbs I am pretty sure that it is not fluid because he is on 3 ml of Lasix x2 a day . I just pray that he can keep it on.

That for everybody that has called into the Transplant center so see if you could be Zachary’s HERO. You are all HERO’S in my eye’s.

Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. This has been a very tough year for our family and I pray that 2010 will bring Zachary the gift of life.
