Zachary is back in the hospital U of M 5a 219…ONE ROOM DOWN FROM YESTERDAY

Last night Zachary was discharged from the hospital, he did awesome for the PH test. We should get the results back some time tomorrow.

Less than 20 hours later Zachary is back in the hospital… Last night at about 3am Zachary woke up coughing pretty bad, he aspirated . When he woke up in the morning he looked awful and had a fever of 100.7. I brought him in to his primary and they did a chest x-ray and confirmed that he has Pneumonia in both lungs again! He also has a nasty bladder infection. So here we are back in the hospital. When we got here Zachary’s eye started to pour out green junk! And he has hives on his back, arms and tummy. He is MISERABLE! They started him on Oral Antibiotics, Tamaflu and eye drop Antibiotics a long with his other 39 medications. I feel so bad for him .. He looks and feels awful! They drew blood cultures and they swabbed him for all nasty viral infections .

Please pray that Zachary can fight this nasty infection.. Zachary is very immune suppressed so this is going to be hard for him. He is running a fever 102.2 and his sats have been between 87-93% . Zachary’s Blood Pressures are back up again 130/90!
