My Montage 10/12/09

Update.. Biopsy will be Wednesday morning.. Zachary went on a walk tonight and is feeling a little better.

Zachary is back in the hospital.. He is very sick, his creatinine is now 3.0 and the rest of his labs are WAY off.. He is very lethargic and has the dry hives.

I feel so bad for him..

He just feels miserable..

I will up date late when I know more..

My Montage 10/12/09

Zachary continues to do pretty good… His energy level is about the same. He still needs his naps and is to weak to walk up the stairs. Zachary is also coming down with a nasty cough… With all of Zachary’s treatments his immune system is very very weak.

Today my family came over to celebrate my Birthday.. Thank you for everything.. Just having everybody around is so nice and to see how happy my kids are to be normal again. It means a lot..

I am very anxious for tomorrow.. Zachary has labs in the morning.. And with how his urine out put is slowing down and he has no energy, I am very worried. I still believe in Miracle and we are praying that his creatinine” Kidney Function” has come down. But We know that God has a plan and he will guide the direction we need to go.

My Montage 10/12/09

Zachary had a great day.. He has had a lot more energy today. His urine out put is really starting to slow down, and last night his urine was pretty dark with some blood in it. Zachary’s blood pressure was also higher today, but has finally come down. Yipeee. It needs to stay that way..

We brought Zachary and Austin in for hair cuts today, Zachary was scared about being around people, because he is afraid of getting sick. He wanted to ware a mask like he does he the hospital. Once we put a mask on him, he was OK..

My old neighbors that we LOVE to death.. The O’breins had a gathering at there new house. I brought Austin and Kiley, Wade stayed home with Zachary. We all had blast! It was so nice to see everybody.. Thank you Cindy for the Birthday cake.. It my Birthday tomorrow so they had a little party for me early.

The plan tomorrow is lots of yard work.. Any Volunteers.. We would love your help.. We still in to clean up all my flowers, I mean all my flowers , take down the trampoline and blow out the sprinklers. Hopefully its going to be a nice day.

Than on Monday Zachary has labs in the morning, and we meet with some DRS to come up with our next plan.. Zachary’s Biopsy is switched to either Tuesday or Wednesday. The reason.. During Zachary’s Plasmapheresis he is not been able to get plasma so his Hemoglobin and Platelets are really low. It just would not be safe to do a Biopsy until they go up a little.

We are all enjoying being home as a family.. It is hard living day to day not knowing what tomorrow is going to bring. But seeing Zachary smile. I know that everything is going to be OK!!

My Heart is pounding and I feel sick to my stomach.. Zachary just finished his plasmapheresis and I just got his labs back.. His creatinine “Kidney Function” is now up to 2.2 every day it just keeps going up.. I feel Helpless.. I am Sad, Scared, and I am pissed.. Zachary went from a very hyper child that we need to give him something to help fall asleep, to a child that sleeps 90% of the day.
Zachary still has 3 hours of his IVIG left.. The plan for next week is still a another kidney Biopsy.

I am still praying for a Miracle but I know that God will lead us to what he thinks is Best for Zachary..

Knowing that there are so MANY people that want to get tested and be Zachary’s HERO.. makes it earier to breath.

My Montage 10/12/09

Today has been a busy day just trying to give all three of my kids the attention that they all need.. Between Zachary’s 34 meds and all of his cares. And having my 3 yr old Austin crying half the day because he wanted me to hold him. And than Kiley my 9 yr old who had to show me everything that she has done in the last couple of weeks.. Yes, I am only one person… but I loved it all
Zachary has been sleeping pretty much all day.. He is very weak and has not been feeling good today.
He did play with clay and we made little snowmen, we also watched the Grinch who stole Christmas. Zachary keeps asking me when it is Christmas, he just can’t wait… I always set our Tree up early just because we always end up in the hospital over a Holidays.
I am a little worried today because Zachary has been sleeping pretty much all day and his urine out put today is not as much as normal and it is very dark. I know he is not dry because he has his J-tube for fluids.
Tomorrow is another busy day at the U of M Hospital for his Plasmapheresis and IVIG. This is going to be Zachary’s 7 th and last treatment, if his Creatinine “Kidney function” doesn’t come down. I am so scared to see what his Labs are doing… I fear for the worst but I still BELIEVE in MIRACLES..
