I'm glad I did. Nothing weighs heavier on my heart than to see a situation like this. I am a born again believer for 30 years now and it has been a every day relationship for me. I do pray every morning, noon and evening. I believe that Jesus is our healer and with that I also believe in God's sovereignty. He has all authority and he was the one who shaped and formed Zachary in you. Ours is to bring the request for that healing much like a number of examples given us in Scripture. One I always think of is the father that went to Jesus to heal his daughter. He said "if you can please heal my daughter." And Jesus looked him square in the eye and said "*If* I can? Do you *believe* I can?" and the man responded "Yes I believe but help my *un-belief*." I have seen miracles. My own twin sister has had cancer attacks in her body over the last 20 years and most recently went through 2 years of chemo, a double mastectomy and follow up. Once again a miracle. And even though there were those that did not receive the healing I prayed for it did not mean that God was not God or he didn't care. I know that person had in fact received the *ultimate healing*. They are home with the LORD. My father and 2 brothers went that way over these last 10 years. Through it all it has strengthened my faith and I will never stop praying. Never. I can relate to Zachary's journey, as I too have had a kidney transplant and plasmapheresis. In 1996, a rare auto immune disease, Wegener's Granulomotosis, attacked my kidneys. After 13 years of treatment (pheresis) during flare-ups, and ultimately dialysis, my big brother gave me one of his kidneys. I will pray for Zachary as well as his family that a kidney is found soon for him. I am sitting here typing this, knowing I received a miracle, and pray he will too.
