Zachary is feeling a little better tonight. His blood pressures are still way to high!! And we are running out of options. He is on 4 blood pressure meds and one is going in his IV , and they are still running at 140/90. His pain is getting a little better if he pushes his PCA button every 10 mins. They now have him on 2 anti-nausea Meds and he is still throwing up about every 20mins. he is also running fever again.

Zachary is awake and wants to watch The Kriby Movie, which they don’t have hear. Zachary did get up tonight for a 5min wagon ride, it didn;t last long because he was in pain.

Please keep the prayers coming, we need to get his blood pressures under control. I am afraid he will have a stroke.

Zachary is still in and out and is very sleeping.  He is throwing up about every 15mins and His blood pressures are still to high 150/100.  The DRS started him on a new IV blood pressure med and said that we NEED to get these under control. His white count is alittle on the high side so that could explain his fevers.  Zachary needs his JP tube dressings changed every couple hours because his body is making to much peritoneal juices, The juices are leaking through the dressing and on to his bedding. His body has been making over 100cc a hour of extra fluid in the Peritaneal. 

We need lots of prayers for the DRS to get Zachary’s Blood pressures to come down and stay down.

Zachary is still running a fever,Throwing up, in lots of pain and his blood pressures are still high 140/110! He is more awake and asking for water. His JP tube was leaking bloody water all night ! The Drs is coming up to restitch the tube in. Zachary is such a tough little boy. He has been trying really hard to hold the tears back. It is so hard as a parent to watch there child go through so much in such little time. Zachary has taught us so much, He is one Amazing little boy!

It is 4am and no one as gotten any sleep, Zachary is having a lot of pain and is now running a fever. Zachary is also throwing up through his Nissen ‘not good’ And his blood pressures are sky high again.We need lots of prayer for no infections. Zachary does not have a good immune system to fight of any infections. They added another antibiotic to help proctect him.

I still can’t believe that Zachary finally had this surgery. After 3 hospitals and 6 DRS  and one full year with no DRS agreeing  Zachary is doing beter than expected and  now his little body will be ready for another Kidney Transplant when the time comes.

We are finally settled in Zachary’s room.  He is wanting to drink and sit in a chair. He has not complained or cried and is asking to watch a movie!!!   We prayed for a text book surgery, and our prayers were answered. We prayed for no pain and complications and our prayers were answered. The Lord is awesome!!! Zachary has had over 30 surgeries and this is the first that has gone perfect!! We pray for no Infection and for a fast recovery.

Thank you for all of your prayers, Keep them coming, because they are being answered!  Zachary is one tough kid! The nurses have been coming in one by one and can’t believe how good he looks for the big surgery that he had!!!

Update- I think we spoke to soon, Zachary is throwing up through his Nissen “Not good’ and in a pain.
