Zachary is doing great ! Talking and Rolling all over the place. The only challange is him getting tangled in his feeding tubes. We finally met Zachary’s kidney surgeon Dr.Najarian. He is very well know all over the country. Although this will be the 47th infant kidney transplant under age one. They have successfully done over 900 under age 18. We are very excited ,ok a little scared ! Zachary has been sick all along he has no idea what its like to feel good. We’re confident he is going to just take off………..

Sunday night Zachary’s g-j tube came out. We only had two hours to get him to the hospital to put a mickey button in to keep the hole open. We just made it ! It took the doctors a little bit of pushing it in. They were able to keep the hole open until today. They put the new g-j tube in Monday afternoon. Zachary did really well. I would like to thank our neighbors JEN&ROB for everything that they have done! You guys are the best.

Zachary had his eye appointment Thursday, They wanted to see if Zachary had any damage to his retina, From having high blood pressure. The Doctor said that he had great eye sight and had no damage. Zacharys Kidney Transplant will be December 1st 2004.
